Wallpaper murals are made to order for your exact room dimensions. Please include at least 5cm for trimming each side when providing dimensions through the enquiry form. Please note, some cropping may occur depending on the aspect ratio of your space compared to the original design, but I will endeavour to minimise disruption to the overall design. Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Premium and Deluxe finish?

The main difference between the premium and deluxe finishes is the weight and suitability for different areas. Premium is perfectly suitable for regular homes or low-traffic commercial areas, such as behind a display counter. If you want your mural in a high moisture area, such as a bathroom, or a high traffic area, such as in a restaurant or other commercial space, the deluxe finish is for you.

The image quality is exactly the same high standard for both finishes and mimics the texture of the original canvas painting.

Does the wallpaper come in one piece?

The wallpaper is supplied on a role and divided into panels. Before installation, cut along the dotted line of each panel and leave to rest for a few hours before hanging in order. The panels are numbered so you don't forget which piece goes where!

Is the wallpaper easy to hang?

You are responsible for installing your mural. I will have the mural printed and sent to you, complete with instructions on how to install your wall mural.

As the wallpaper is a paste the wall application, it is very easy to install. Guidance is provided in the installation instructions that come with your purchase, but I also recommend watching some instructional videos before hanging your mural, if this is your first attempt at wallpapering.

Is there a minimum size requirement?

Yes and no. The minimum size requirement is 2 square metres, however you can still order a custom mural that is smaller than this, but you will be charged for a 2 square metre mural.

I've measured incorrectly and my mural doesn't fit. Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately no. All murals are printed to order, therefore you must check your measurements are accurate before purchasing. No refunds will be given for inaccurate measurements.

What if my mural arrives defective or damaged?

It's important to check your wallpaper mural over as soon as possible after arrival. In the unlikely event that your mural arrives damaged, or the image is defective on any of the panels, please contact me immediately. Do not install the mural. I cannot do anything for you once the mural is on your wall.
