Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review the following cancellation terms for public and private events.
Public Paint Parties & Workshops

Cancellations with 48+ Hours Notice:
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the event, you may choose between:-
A full refund to your original payment method, or

A credit towards a future event (valid for 90 days).

Cancellations with Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Due to venue and preparation costs, I cannot guarantee the option to transfer your booking to another date. -
No-Shows:
If you do not attend and fail to notify me, your booking is forfeited with no refund or credit. -
Exceptional Circumstances:
While I cannot guarantee refunds or reschedules, I aim to approach exceptional situations (e.g. serious illness, bereavement) with compassion. Please get in touch if something serious has happened, and I’ll do my best to help. -
Late Arrivals:
You're welcome to join the session late if needed, but please note it's your responsibility to catch up. No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be given for any portion of the event missed due to late arrival. -
Event Cancellations by Us:
If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit towards a future event.
Private Events

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The amount will be confirmed during booking. -
Final Payment:
The full balance is due 14 days before the event. -
Cancellations:

14+ Days Notice:
Any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded. -
7–13 Days Notice:
50% of the full event cost will be charged. -
Less Than 7 Days Notice:
No refunds available due to planning and venue costs.

Rescheduling:

14+ Days Notice:
I’ll happily move your date with no fee. -
7–13 Days Notice:
A rescheduling fee of £50 applies. -
Less Than 7 Days Notice:
Rescheduling is not available; the booking will be treated as cancelled.

Venue-Specific Terms:
If the venue has its own cancellation policy, I’ll make this clear during the booking process. You may be subject to additional terms depending on their rules.
General Terms

Transfer of Bookings:
If you can no longer attend a public event, you may transfer your place to someone else. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance with their name and contact details. -
Force Majeure:
I am not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events outside my control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions). In such cases, I will offer a credit or reschedule where possible. -
Refund Timelines:
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
