Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

Please allow 5-10 working days to process your order before shipping. Whilst it is likely your order will be fulfilled well before your estimated delivery date, all items are made to order and some products are hand finished so they will take some time to produce before shipping. All items will be shipped first class once production is complete. 

Not A Blank Canvas products are made on demand and are therefore not subject to returns or exchanges.

Please note that wallpaper murals cannot be refunded or replaced due to customer measuring mistakes or if the customer has altered the mural.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When contacting, please provide:

  1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your confirmation email);
  2. A photograph of the damages;
  3. And a photograph of the interior and exterior of the package and delivery box.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify your item has been received. I will also notify you once your refund is approved.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me using the contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email.

Return shipping
To return your product, please contact me for the returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item and will not issue a refund without it.
